Not a conclusive guide or anything, but I was pleasantly surprised to find one in a 古村.
I have been to Huangshan last Nov.very great!but i acan’t find the net bars.

I snapped a photo of the 网吧 in Hongcun, near Huang Shan, it seemed a bit out of place but I wasn’t really surprised.
