If you contacted Chinese "Saturday" schools you might be able to get some bilingual high schoolers to translate, particularly if you have "volume" consumer / news pieces that need to be done that doesn't use specialized vocabulary or require local context. (And assuming you mean Mandarin, though I do know my son's high school has a Cantonese club I believe there are far fewer.)
