It seems like the HK government likes to single out individual internet users and arrest/fine them to make an example out of them.
Even then, to fine someone for posting a dirty hyperlink in an "adult" section?

I don’t know anything off the top of my head, I’d recommend picking up one of those local event mags (”that’s beijing” is the most well-known if I recall correctly) and checking that out. Shouldn’t be too hard to find one…
Yes, you can also find it online. Also check out what’s on at the venerable People’s Art Theatre, which often performs plays about Beijing culture. Mostly in Chinese. Website is http://www.bjry.com/english/index.jsp
