Appreciate the plug.

Left China right before the Games (anyone that watched the program can see why) and 3 weeks later the local police showed up at the office of the magazine I wrote for looking for me saying I was 'wanted for questioning in conjunction with Tibetan Support' - obviously all tied in with this show. They also forced my landlord to open up my place and had a look around.

Shanghai was an...interesting place.

Things may have changed, but I think that's what I read in his last column for City Weekend. He was an... interesting guy.

Oops. My bad, forgot to mention the CurrentTV bit.

Is his break only temporary? It sounded longer than 3 months (but I have to admit I wasn't paying 100% attention)

The series is hosted on CurrentTV. Also, Aric sort of "needed a break" and left Shanghai+China for three months.
